Deborah, Jael, Esther, Judith, Ruth, Lydia - All Woman In Leadership.

We’ve been taught to value visibility more than impact, or that impact can only be achieved from a platform.

Yet, throughout scripture, we see strong, fierce women conquering, having a Kingdom impact not from a platform but in key positions.

God is looking to position people willing to be obedient to the call.

Deborah- The only female military leader in the bible. She acted as a judge, prophetess and lead Israel against Jaben’s army.

Jael- was a woman of honor and known for defeating Jabin’s army as prophesied by Deborah.

Judith- A courageous widow, who used her beauty to enter the Assyrian camp and beheaded their commander Holofernes, saving the Israelites.

Esther- Risked her life to approach the king and protect her people from annihilation.

Ruth- Demonstrated profound loyalty, and character, often described with the Hebrew term chayil, Virtuous or a warrior of valor.

Lydia- She was a business woman in global trade, funding the kingdom.

Proverbs, 31 woman- often described as a virtuous woman, representing a woman of strength, capability and valor.

These women often acted in ways that challenged the cultural norms of their time showing that warrior status and scripture spans both physical combat and strategic courageous defiance against injustice. Indeed, God is a God of justice, that is how His kingdom rules.

Yet, God is also a God of position- He doesn’t just call people to a pulpit, He calls them to key positions.
